Backyard Adventures guarantees against deterioration of all wood components which impairs the structural integrity of that product for lifetime ownership to the original owner. Claims on defects must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and are made to the original customer. Labor charges are not included. These warranties to not include wear and tear, damage incurred by acts of God or damages resulting from misuse, abuse, altered or improperly installed equipment. These warranties are limited to SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDE COMMERCIAL OR INSTITUTIONAL USE. Theses warranties do not cover surface checking, as this is a natural occurrence. All outdoor wood products (decks, fencing, furniture) require maintenance. See your instruction sheet for maintenance recommendations . Your child's safety is your responsibility and therefore, you should inspect this equipment regularly for wear and safety.
